My friend from San Fernando Pampanga told me that a certain Albert Lacanlale in a local radio program has insinuated that the main cause why Google Adsense disabled various Bloggers’ accounts was because of illegal of activity.
If this is true, we want public apology for Mr. Lacanlale’s irresponsible commentary.
If this is true, our groups denounce it with the strongest word ..
Or else, expect more of this in public forums in the cyberspace..
For clarity, let me correct this, accounts were disabled because of “invalid click activity” according to Google Adsense and not because of illegal activity. Even an elementary student could easily distinguish the difference between the two.
Mr. Lacancale has created an impression that blogging activity is illegal. For this, I am sure, members of the blogging communities in the country will not just sit and forget what has been said about blogging and adsense.
Mr. Lacancale, I respect your opinion as stated in a radio program. But remember, you cannot teach what you do not know. It is just like a Filipino talking Greek. You know what I mean.
We know very well how powerful the media is. It can make a good president look like a monster. I suggest that you better exercise due diligence with your opinion otherwise be ready to face cyberspace criticism.
For your information: “Invalid click activity” is also possible using software, program and the like. This could be used by some interested competitors to neutralize active Bloggers .
Simple analogy of what happened to Google Adsense accounts: In basketball game, there are rules on foul, when a player has intentionally or negligently committed foul, this does not make basketball illegal.
